With an excellent coaching team to choose from, your Personal Training session doesn’t just have to be about boxing. Maybe you want to focus on boosting your fitness or being guided on the way back from injury or a long absence from training. It’s your session and you can have it however you want it.

£30 per session, or £300 for a block of 11 session Or £300 for a block of 10 with two free classes per week, see below

Personal training times: 6am until 8pm, Monday – Saturday

Class time for personal training free class package option,

Tuesday 7pm until 8pm – 8pm until 9.15pm,

Thursday 8pm until 9.15pm

Gym Equipment

In your first visit to the gym you need to bring basic training kit consisting of trainers, shorts or tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt or sweatshirt and a bottle of water. You will need hand wraps (worn underneath the gloves) to protect your hands whilst punching the bags and a skipping rope, these can be purchased at the gym for £5 each. We can lend you gloves to begin with but its advisable to purchase your own pair of gloves. All boxing equipment is on sale at the gym including gloves, skipping ropes, head guards, etc. Please seek the advice of one of our team before purchasing equipment to ensure that you have the correct kit for your requirements.

Gym membership is required or a one off £5.00 fee for first timers is permitted. Please note that this is a non-contact session and sparing is prohibited.

  • At a typical 60-minute boxing fitness and skills class, you can expect:
  • Total Boxer TechCheck™ to guide you through the boxing basics of stance, guard, punches and movement
  • Skipping-rope work to warm up and practice footwork
  • Shadow boxing for movement and technique
  • Pad-work with a professional coach
  • Various punch bags including speed-ball
  • Use of professional boxing ring 
  • Dipping station and chin-up bar
  • Medicine ball sit-ups and leg-raise station
  • Kettlebells for strength and endurance
  • Battleropes for power and conditioning
  • Hardcore boxer-style circuit training
  • Great music and atmosphere
